Choosing your Hamilton newborn photographer is hard. There are so many talented photographers in the area. I had the pleasure of photographing this mama’s newborn photos in an areas so unique to Hamilton – the waterfalls at Sherman Falls. While this is only possible for a short time of the year, if you are due in the summer it can be an amazingly unique experience!
These waterfalls are easily accessible
Sherman falls are easily accessible by a short pathway from a paved road. My mama pushed her stroller easily all the way down. It is helpful to have an extra set of hands to navigate any roots you may come across but these waterfalls are worth it.

Everyone has photos of their newborn in studios and in baskets. Not many people have newborn sessions at the base of a waterfall. If you want to be different and unique this is a session to consider. Another great idea is to have your maternity and newborn sessions both take place at the waterfalls and showcase the difference a few months can make!
