Family Day is almost here! This is a great opportunity to get outside and enjoy our winter season while spending time with our kids. Here are the top things to do on Family Day weekend here in Durham.
Pingle’s Family Day Weekend
Always a fun outing, Pingles Farm has three full days of events perfect for the whole family. They are offering magic shows, live entertainment, delicious food, and a princess and pirate party. Most of the events take place in their greenhouse so they will be a little warmer than outside, but you can always warm up by the bonfires outdoors. This weekend event runs Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 9-4. For more information and for tickets see Pingles Family Day Event
Family Snowshoeing at Enniskelen Conservation Area
Here’s a great way to experience the outdoors! Head up to Enniskelen Conservation Area to try snowshoeing! This is a free event and snowshoes and light refreshments are provided. Might be more suited for older kiddos, as only the 8-9:30 time slot is still available on Friday, February 17th. Run, don’t walk to secure your spot! Enniskelen Snowshoeing evening
